Excellent service from all aspects.. very competitive prices compared to other well known places, you get to choose your own design and not limited by computer programs. Wardrobe made and fitted in less than 3 weeks, and in amazing condition, turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I’m a perfectionist. Fitting team were very tidy and careful, didn’t cause any damages, left the place clean and tidy, they even hoovered the floor before leaving. I saw a minor issue in one of the doors and John responded immediately, same day he came back took off the door, modified it and came back, all within a couple of hours. Extremely happy with their service and can’t recommend them enough!

Service was amazing from start to finish. Initially contacted them via their website to see if they could fulfill the request – to fix cracked glass in sliding door of fitted wardrobe – which they responded to promptly. Quickly arranged to collect the door on Tuesday, they turned up on time, and were friendly and professional. They were back returning it fixed and good as new two days later. Very impressed with the service received, would definitely recommend. Big thanks to all at Creative Joinery.

Excellent service. We initially called in the shop and had a look at the wardrobes and had a chat with John about what we wanted. He arranged to visit and arrived promptly and gave us a rough idea of price. We then received a detailed plan on the work and and a firm price. We visited the showroom again and saw Lexi to sort handles, etc, she was wonderful and so helpful. Wardrobes were fitted yesterday and are beautiful, we are delighted with them. Designed appropriate furniture for our needs. Very pleased with everything. The joiner and apprentice who fitted our furniture were excellent.
John and his team fitted my bedroom out back in August 2023. I changed the measurements of the wardrobe fitting but I made the measurement for the bed too tight. John was right with his measurement so I called him back to re-fit the measurements back to what John had arranged in the first place. Sorry John I was wrong. Next time I will listen to you. Thanks for the re-fit great job.
